Pedestrian Barrier gate at the Guardhouse

Dear residents,

In order to enhance our security further, the system to be installed may require you to use an access card to exit and access the condo through the guardhouse.

With the gate, we may have better control over tresspassers. The gate may cause a little congestion during the peak hours due to the space contraints but this is not our main concern. Our main concern is the security of the condo.

To avoid the congestion, residents who still park their cars outside, by all means , rent a car park from us. We still have many car parks lot to let. If you continue to park your car outside, you may lose your car one day.

As being agreed in the AGM, resolution was passed but only pending with the design of 1 way gate or 2 way gate, therefore JMC’s is studying the matter that will convenience owners/tenants. We will only proceed once we’ve finalize with the best solution.
