JMB PV 10 AGM 6th December 2009

Printed Copy of

  1. Notice of AGM
  2. House Rules
  3. Audited Account
  4. Proxy Forms

will be distributed by Management Office (PVDPMSB) by this week.

Important

  • Any motion to be proposed for consideration at the AGM must be submitted in writing and should be received by the PV 10 Management Office on/or before 23/11/2009.
  • All motion must be sign by the proposer and seconded together with their names, NRIC numbers and unit numbers. Failure to comply with the said rules will not allow the said motion from being discussed in the AGM.
