Lock Clamp

Dear Owners,

Certain measures were taken to squeeze our security parameter.

Effective today

  1. All drop-ins and pick-ups must wait at the parking area from 11.00 am to 5.00 pm, they are not allowed to proceed to Block B, C and D.
  2. Hourly checking is already been carried out.
  3. All the lift lobbies must not left unattend where a guard from guardhouse must replace those involve with patrolling and clocking.
  4. All workers from any contractors and walk-in visitors must carry passes.
  5. Security Company contract will be reviewed should there be further break-ins.

Good News

JMC also had agreed to subsidize half price the lock clamp. Unit Price RM30. Owners only need to pay for RM15 only. Owners will be inform via WordPress and Notice Board when the stock available. It’s a custom made which is more durable and theft proof.

Long Term

The installation of CCTV on every floor, we’re looking around for quotation, we’ve call for supplier and waiting for their feedback.

As soon we get the quotation, we will post here for comments and feedbacks.

if any of the owners have any contacts in this business, you may be able to get some quotation and contact us.

  1. JMBPV10,

we are not gratified at all by JMC’s subsidy for lock clamp as BMF is also our money. Unless developer is subsidising the cost and we can save JMC’s subsidy for other security enhancement projects such as CCTV etc.

As for item#2 – Hourly checking is already been carried out. We don’t need CCTV if our security team can do it right and effectively by integrating some strategies as what i proposed earlier in thisblog to outwit the potential burglars. Plis share with the security bosses on my proposals and advise them accordingly for their own good b4 it’s too late. All the security members must be briefed and sensitised on the strategies. They should not patrol just for the sake of patrolling.

  2. JMBPV10,

it’s crucial to provide our guards relevant checklists to ensure everything they checked is in order and place. Security guards should conduct check and audit with intended purposes and not just walking around staring at pretty dames, flowers, floor and ceiling only. They must be fully aware of their enviroments such as the lurking figures, compliance to house rules, facilities provided are in good and running condition, etc.
The clock in the gym was dead for months due to weak battery but nobody care. Is the item included in security’s checklists? Or there’s no checklists at all?
It’s a bad omen for PV10 to hv wall clock with its time stopped dead. We may link this to the suidide case yesterday. Bad luck will breed more bad lucks. Plis act to get rid of the bad omen down here asap.
