We pay a lot of attention to the image of the condo. A condo with an upmarket look will certainly reflect the quality of maintenance. We consider this as a value added work that will have an effect on the value of our properties. The cost incurred is not high. We just have to pay for the paint The work is not contracted out. It is done by our handyman.
Our duty as the JMC is to come out with the idea. The rest of the work will be done by the management. Pv10 JMC is a pro-active JMC. There is no question about it . We shall continue to do so to bring further improvement to PV10
