Previously, that particular area was cement rendered which is an eyesore in a beautiful pool like ours. A decision was made to tile it with minimal cost. The job was done by our handyman and the tiles are the leftover ones from the work done at the lift lobby.
After 3 years, the fountain is still working and the fish are still shooting out water. For some other condos, these things may have gone kaput. At PV 10, due to the JMC ” s high standard of maintenance we set for the management and the close monitoring of the committee members, PV 10 will continue to be the benchmark for other condos developed by Platinum Victory Sdn Bhd to follow.
