We will start circulating Highrise Registeration Form at

  2. Post Box
  3. Management Office

Kindly fill up the form and return it to Management Office during Office Hour


Return the form at

JMB Letter Box at JMB Office or

JMB Letter Box at Block A.

But why i need to fill up the form?

We need residents to furnish us with the email address and your consent too.

After that

HIGHRISE will generate the password for your login which will be distributed to you by the Management Office. You can change your password after the first login.

What is PV 10 HIGHRISE?

It is a pivate web collaboration tool which will be used only by the residents of PV 10. This is a collaborative effort between HIGHRISE & The Joint Management Committes of PV 10 to provide better management & maintenance of the PV 10 building.

HIGHRISE Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

The personal information we ask you to provide will be used in the HIGHRISE domain only. The primary use of your details is to setup your account for PV 10 HIGHRISE only. Only your name will be revealed to other residents.

Your contact details provided will be only used for any matters pertaining to your HIGHRISE account. This information will not be disclosed to any third-parties not involved in the deployment & maintenance of your residential comunity’s HIGHRISE website.

All your personal information provided to HIGRISE is strictly private & confidential.

PV 10 will be accessible via,

Future Web Integration for PV 10

Dear Owners,

During our JMC meeting on May 19, 2009.

We had a session with representative from HIGHRISE web developer. HIGHRISE is a web collaboration tool where residents get to know your neighbours, post complaints & suggestions, discuss topics, manage billings and many other benefits that HIGHRISE has to offer.

Therefore, we’re sharing the information for your comments and suggestion.

Kindly voice out any remarks and comments before we take into the consideration of using the HIGHRISE web collaboration


  • HighRise website is strictly for the owners and residents in our place. Therefore, you can be rest assured that when you use your HighRise website, you will interact with people who shares a common interest to make your place of resideince a better place. 

  • Use the HighRise Inbox to communicate with your neighbours personally. You can send and receive messages from your neighbours within HighRise.  
  • Using HighRise, you can track your maintenance fees payments online. Now, you can check if you have any outstanding payments and view your payment histories online. No hassle, and extremely convenient for you.


  • Use the HighRise forums to discuss common issues such as hobbies and interests with your neighbours. Who knows? Your ideal fishing partner or shopping buddy is just living next door.


  • Your opinion and feedback as a resident or owner is a major contributing factor towards building a harmonious residential community that can truly care for their area of residence. Use your HighRise website to vote and answer opinion polls that can influence your residence management to make the right decisions when it matters the most.


  • Use HighRise Complaints / Suggestions Management tool to voice out your complaints and suggest ideas about your place of residence. All the complaints and suggestions are tracked in your HighRise website and your residence management can handle them one at a time.


  • Rest assured your voice will be heard by your community and they can join in to share their views on your suggestions or complaints.


  • Your HighRise website will notify you about all the important announcements in your place of residence. You don’t have to worry about the circulars anymore as you will be able to download all of It from the HighRise website.
